RYLA NA 2014
Held annually in Washington D.C., the RYLA Conference in North America brings international Rotaractors together to develop their leadership skills, gain insight on the international Rotary community and develop life-long friendships. This year, RYLA NA is held from August 2, 2014 to August 6, 2014. With delegates from 46 different countries attending, Annie Luong and Natalie Yick will be partaking in various Rotaract workshops, embassy trips to the European Union, and team-building activities.
We would like to thank Rotary of Etobicoke for sponsoring Annie and Natalie to this amazing learning opportunity! To learn more about RYLA NA, please click here!

Testimonies from Rotaract
"RYLA NA was such an incredible international experience for me. Who would have thought that Rotaractors from Germany, Pakistan and different parts of Canada had so many similarities! I will always cherish the countles conversations we had and the team bonding activities we played throughout the day. My favourite part of the conference was by far the Embassy Visits at night. It felt as if we were being immersed into their culture and lifestyle, something I will never forget." - Natalie Yick

What was beyond awesome was the fact that we won the RYLA NA 2015 logo contest! This means that us at Rotaract Club of York University gets to send at least one delegate to Washington, DC. next year. Kudos to our Publications and Design Officer, Kawal Jutla for this amazing design to the left. Keep your eyes open for applications in the new year!
